Yang Kee Noodle: where you should definitely be eating at the mall.
I wasn’t sure I could even go somewhere that has “noodle” in the name, but boy was I wrong. I had a build-your-own stir-fry with peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, chicken, and amazing firecracker sauce. It was so good I ate the entire enormous serving.
We both had miso soup, which warmed us right up after our slog through the slushy parking lot.
Lauren had the Polynesian sweet and sour, with chicken, pineapple, snow peas and lo mein. It was great and she made two meals of it. The whole meal was under $30. It was super affordable, super delicious, super awesome and (mine was) super spicy. I’ll definitely be back. They have all their nutrition information on their website, too, which for me is a huge perk.
